The art of skin is nothing less than pure art
Client brief: We were asked to refresh social media and grow sellings.
The purpose is to enhance the presence of b2b in the commercial industry through b2c development.
Creative Response: We answered with a brand new communication system! Visual communication will transcend the product so that the brand can spread the values and culture of the new brand personality. The art of skincare will be represented by the same values that make art unique and timeless.
And somehow, we had a new manifesto.
The art of skin is nothing less than a pure expression: Communicate emotions and several body points based on each product’s usage with illustrations inspired by fauvism, than can be seen in both Galleries and street, so we can reach an urban but elite target group.
Fauvism is the style of Les Fauves (French for “the wild beasts”), a group of early twentieth-century modern artists. Their works emphasized painterly qualities and strong color over the representational or realistic values retained by Impressionism.
Mapping all the products and create geometrical patterns for every skincare category.
We need a visual identity system for every product combined by different elements:
a. The “geometrical pattern”, comes from the skincare profile of the product
b. The color palette of the packaging
c. One unique portrait for every single product.
(The illustration portrait should include the clues a & b)
We’ve had a new communication system. So the rest is the performing of a huge behavior change campaign. This means both strategy and variety of tactics, for every brand touchpoint digital and physical.
